We offer the possibility to promote your organization at our Conference as an Exhibitor!

The exhibition zone will be located in the area right in front of the conference main room. You will have a corner where you can showcase and demonstrate your products and we will provide you with a table, chairs, power supply, internet connection, etc.

Exhibition opening hours are:
Wednesday September 18th 2024           : 09:00 – 17:00
Thursday September 19th 2024               : 09:00 – 17:00
Friday September 20th 2024                     : 09:00 – 13:00

From the time your booking is confirmed we will include your logo on the conference website with a link to your site.

Up to two of your representatives are invited to attend the conference luncheon on both conference days and the conference dinner, for an opportunity to network with the participants. You can also freely include your promotional items in the conference bags.

Exhibition fee is 1000 €.

Payment will need to be made directly to the organizing committee and in advance.
